By default our parcels are sent by DHL within The Netherlands, and by UPS to the rest of the world.
Within The Netherlands DHL delivers the next working day.
The shipment time of parcels abroad depends on the destination country. Customs clearance in the destination country can cause delays. Costs of VAT and import duties in the destination country shall be borne by the recipient.
We will provide you with the tracking code, so you can follow your purchase by yourself.
