All our products come with washing instructions. You can find extensive washing and storage instructions under the heading Care and Storage at the bottom of the website.

Is there a way to visit your studio?
You are always welcome to visit our studio and showroom/store by appointment. Please contact us via the contact button.

Does Studio Myr makes custom made pieces or can I alter the size or design of my order?
Designer Miriam Lenarts of Studio Myr assembles and finishes all designs and sizes by herself in her studio. Due to high demand we cannot accommodate custom made requests.
How does the team of Studio Myr looks like?
Designer and owner of Studio Myr, Miriam Lenarts, has been working with the same enthusiastic and dedicated team of professionals for many years.
In consultation with Rudi Rots, the owner of one of the last knitting factories in the Netherlands, her designs are produced fully fashioned in small editions.
The inspiring photo reports are provided by Maison Rowena, in close collaboration with makeup artist B by Kay. Clicks Amsterdam makes our product photos quickly and professionally.
How many years does Studio Myr exist?
Studio Myr was officially founded in 2012 by designer Miriam Lenarts.
Where do you get your inspiration from?
The colors of nature are a great source of inspiration to me, but I also get inspired by everything around me. Ideas for clothing or accessories often arise from a fusion of all kinds of input over the years, which are stored in my memory.
Why do you call yourself an ethical fashion label?
Because I feel enormously indebted to nature, the millions of years of evolution, which have designed us and the world around us. I want to take advantage of this, but not abuse it.
Is the yarn you use also sustainably produced?
The yarn we use comes from factories in Italy. Their spinning machines are powered by energy from solar panels. The wool is RWS (wool)/RMS (mohair)/RAS (alpaca) certified.
My garment is damaged. What can I do?
Our designs are carefully and lovingly assembled and finished by hand. Although we carefully check every copy for mistakes and weak spots, it can happen that over time a stitch does come loose.
Mostly it concerns very small repairs, easy to fix. We’ll be happy to send you an envelope with thread, wool or other material you might need. Repairing it yourself will probably take no more that five minutes and you don’t have to be a handy (wo)man tot do it.
But the cost of sending the item back and forth are relatively high, money wise and in terms of environmental impact.

How soon do you ship after I placed my order?
We aim to have all pieces in stock shipped via DHL Parcel (domestic) or UPS (abroad) within 48 hours.
Within The Netherlands DHL delivers the next working day.
The shipment time of parcels abroad depends on the destination country. Customs clearance in the destination country can cause delays. Costs of VAT and import duties in the destination country shall be borne by the recipient.
We will provide you with the tracking code, so you can follow your purchase by yourself.
By email we will inform you about the date of shipping.
Estimated delivery time for The Netherlands 1 business day; within Europe 3-5 business days; the rest of the world 5-10 business days.
Which payment methods does Studio Myr accept?
We accept all major creditcards (Visa, MasterCard) and also payments via PayPal and Apple Pay. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system. If you do not have a credit card, please contact us at info@studiomyr.com to arrange an alternate payment method.

Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that we take data protection very seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by available data protection legislation. For more information please refer to the Privacy section of our website.
Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order upon delivery?
All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Studio Myr to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address it is not longer covered.
If I purchase my own Studio Myr piece, how long will it be before I receive it?
We aim to have all pieces in stock shipped via DHL Parcel (domestic) or UPS (abroad) within 48 hours. Shipping times vary however. We aim to have all pieces to our customers within 7 days when in stock. Once shipped you will obtain a tracking number so you can see exactly where you piece is and how long until delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number where you can track its progress throughout the delivery process.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges if my garment doesn’t fit, is damaged or I simply change my mind?
Studio Myr has a 14 day return policy. Any unwanted items must be returned back to us, in their original condition with tags attached, within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to the Returns section of our website for more information on refunds and exchanges. Once you place your order we don’t accept cancellations because you have a change of heart. We can cancel your order and offer store credit but we don’t offer refunds on cancellations.
How do I know what size I am?
Our garments come in S, M and L or are “One Size Fits All”.
Most of our garments run true to size, however check the item description before purchase as some pieces are designed to be oversized. Please check our International Size Card to find out more.
