This refined top catches the eye with its beautiful deep color and high quality yarn.

When I visited Italy, I fell in love with the colours and luxurious fabrics in Renaissance paintings and buildings. The beautiful Siena red, Madonna blue and golden ocher from natural pigments, and the soft shine of silk and velvet left a deep impression.

I looked for a yarn of comparable luxury and quality to realize my design. I found that in a wonderful quality mercerized cotton. It feels and looks like silk, but has all the comfort and convenience of cotton.
To emphasise the color and quality of the yarn, I opted for an apparently simple, but well-thought-out model. The relief of the knitted ribs captures the light, while the placement of the lines subtly follows the natural feminine shapes.
The square neckline again refers to that of the Renaissance fashion, but is also very contemporary.

The top can be combined very well with other collections from Studio Myr or with pieces from your own wardrobe. Wear it both casual and chic. To work or when it gets a bit cooler, you can combine it with a jacket or cardigan.
